Terms and Conditions of Wombat Wash

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the provision of services by Wombat Wash (ABN: 50 209 606 250) to domestic and commercial clients.

2. Scope of Services

Wombat Wash offers professional cleaning services. While we are knowledgeable and experienced, not all marks, contaminants, or materials can be removed. Customers should be aware of the inherent risks associated with the use of water, high pressure, chemicals, and other cleaning methods. Any accidental cleaning due to overspray or chemical application does not obligate us to clean such areas fully. Customers accept the possibility of residue and runoff, understanding that complete removal may not always be achievable.

3. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is quoted per job, with payment due upon completion via cash, EFTPOS (fees may apply), or bank transfer. A 10% non-refundable deposit is required on all services. Unpaid invoices will receive a reminder before being sent to debt collection, with customers responsible for additional fees and charges.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a rebooking fee.

5. Liability and Warranties

Customers acknowledge and accept the risks inherent in our services. Wombat Wash disclaims all liability for damages to persons or property to the extent allowed by law.

6. Insurance

Wombat Wash carries public liability insurance, details of which are available upon request.

7. Data Protection & Privacy Policy

8. Dispute Resolution

If disputes cannot be resolved, matters will be sent to arbitration at the customer's expense.

Customers are encouraged to provide honest feedback but must seek resolution directly with Wombat Wash before posting negative reviews or other media that may damage the business's reputation.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Wombat Wash, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. If any provision of these terms is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
